Licensed Social Worker - Adena Health System : Job Details

The Licensed Social Worker BSW/MSW will initiate direct patient care services, family and patient counseling discharge planning, crisis intervention and consultation, coordinate referrals and promote educational programs. Have access to confidential employer, patient and financial information. Responsible for making independent decisions and in collaboration with team members. Provides direct patient care to all ages through the continuum of care. EDUCATION Required: Bachelors in Social Work. Prefered: Masters of Social Work CERTIFICATION Current Social Work license from the state of Ohio Counselor and Social Work Board. CPR certification required; BLS - Basic Life Support
