We're looking to expand our team of motivated, self-driven Life Insurance Producers to help us reach more clients across the country.Position Overview:As a Life Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business, advising clients on life insurance options, and closing sales. This is a commission-only role, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance. We expect producers to be proactive in purchasing leads, managing their sales pipeline, and building long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Prospect and generate leads through various channels (self-sourced, purchased, referrals, etc.)Consult with clients to determine their life insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding life insurance products and the market.Close sales and meet monthly sales targets.Manage and nurture relationships with clients to retain and grow your book of business.Work independently, with the flexibility to set your own schedule while maintaining a strong level of accountability.Qualifications:Experience: 1-3 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in a commission-based environment.Licensing: Must be licensed in at least 3 states, including Texas.
