Cashier with Booking Experience –

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing payments, managing customer bookings for services, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a cashier, preferably in the auto industry.
  • Experience with booking systems and scheduling software.
  • Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive parts sales and customer service. This role involves assisting customers with parts inquiries, managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication between the service and parts departments.

Qualifications:

  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct auto parts.
  • Handle parts inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory.
  • Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure correct parts are available for repairs.
  • Maintain a well-organized and stocked parts department.
  • Stay updated on new products and industry trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Handle transactions accurately, including cash and electronic payments.

Wrecker Driver-

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in towing and recovery services. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong knowledge of vehicle recovery techniques, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. The Wrecker Driver will be responsible for safely towing vehicles, assisting stranded motorists, and ensuring prompt and professional service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in towing and vehicle recovery.
  • Clean driving record & must pass background check
  • Need to have worked with AAA and police calls
  • Strong knowledge of towing and recovery procedures.
  • Ability to operate a variety of tow trucks, including flatbeds and heavy wreckers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
