• Prepare and cook food items according to our recipes and standards
• Ensure that food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing manner
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that orders are completed in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong sense of urgency
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
