Responsibilities: • Establish a system of food stations and stock them with all of the necessary ingredients for the shift • Interact with visitors, vendors, and associates while maintaining a professional and positive attitude • Guarantee that quality food is supplied, by adhering to specified storage and waste control requirements for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products • Prepare food orders on the line by cooking items to order, grilling, broiling, sauteing and meet all presentation guidelines and follow standard recipes • Maintain work stations, including all countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration in a clean and sanitary condition per health and safety regulations Qualifications: • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry • Candidates need a strong understanding of compliance with kitchen safety and food storage requirements • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate • Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic Compensation: $17 - $22 hourly+tips per hour
