Line Cook - Henrietta Red : Job Details

Henrietta Red is, first and foremost, an oyster bar with a seasonal-driven menu that emphasizes local ingredients and regional seafood. We are a small team of individuals with the same goal in mind - to serve exceptional food that is sustainable for our environment and sourced responsibly. We are looking for professionals who are able to work in a busy, but detailed-oriented environment that is open six days a week (Tuesday - Sunday) for dinner with brunch service on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am - 2 pm. Generally, our cooks work 4 days a week and earn 40-44 hours split between 4 shifts. A typical work day will be from 1 pm - 11:30 pm for dinner and 8 am - 6 pm for brunch.We are closed on all major holidays with additional extended breaks throughout the year.
