Line Cook - Brooklyn Kura : Job Details

Brooklyn Kura is NYC's first sake brewery. The brewery expanded last year, and our new taproom has a full kitchen offering a variety of creative bar bites, and menus for seated dinners and private events. We are looking for a reliable cook for Saturdays and Sundays, with the possibility of extra shifts as events pick up over the season!The right candidate is someone with experience in NYC kitchens who will proactively communicate with our team. You will be responsible for the preperation and execution of keys components of dishes, ensuring quality and accuracy throughout service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
