Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of island-inspired dishes, including baking, roasting, frying, and grilling, following our recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients, manage stock rotation, and ensure proper food handling and sanitation.
• Keep food preparation areas clean and organized to support a seamless service period.
• Collaborate with the culinary team during peak periods and assist with food prep and cleaning assignments as needed.
• Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements during team meetings.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and safety.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Excellent multitasking skills and a positive attitude.
• Reliability and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
