What will you be doing?

• Team Leadership: Motivate, train, and supervise your team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify any issues.
• Production Planning: Assist in developing and implementing production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and production bottlenecks to minimize downtime.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and that a safe working environment is maintained.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
