Line Mechanic - Spirit Pharmaceuticals LLC : Job Details

•Assist in establishing maintenance updating maintenance records.•Perform scheduled maintenance, preventative maintenance (PM's) and repair of machines and equipment, machine tools, and other equipment as directed. •Conducts and or oversees machine and equipment set ups and or change overs.•Lubricate, adjust, clean, monitor and maintain a variety of mechanical production equipment.•Install, set-up and test new equipment when purchased from vendors.•Maintain a clean and organized work environment.•Train less experience mechanics on PM's, set-up's, change over's and other mechanical tasks.•Provide additional maintenance and other support throughout building as required.•Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements•A minimum of five (5) years of applicable experience working on Bottle and Blister Lines.•Good written, and verbal communication skills.•Strong technical ability and knowledge of various types of tools and diagnostic equipment.•Ability to analyze equipment and machinery problems and determine required repair solutions.•Knowledge of electrical wiring and mechanical systems, both machine and building related.•Attention to detail and safety.•Must be self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS•Technical institute or associate degree in a related technical field preferred.•2 or more years' experience may be considered in lieu of degree.Salary Description $28.00 to $38.00 per Hour
