Location Simpson Electric Company Plant Category Manufacturing Position Line Operator-Analog Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt Number of Openings 4 Description Essential Functions: Specific duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Equipment Operation - Operate and manage analog line equipment according to production schedules and specifications. Monitor the equipment and process to ensure optimal performance and output quality. Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications and production goals.
- Quality Control - Perform regular inspections and tests on analog products to ensure they meet required standards. Identify and troubleshoot product defects or discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of quality control measures and outcomes.
- Maintenance - Conduct routine maintenance on analog line equipment to ensure continuous operation.
- Identify and report the need for major repairs to maintenance teams. Keep a clean and organized work area to prevent machine interference and malfunctions.
- Safety and Compliance - Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment as required. Participate in safety training and stay updated on new safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration - Collaborate with other line operators and production staff to ensure efficient workflow and meet production deadlines. Assist in training new employees on the operation of analog line equipment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues and improvements.
Position Requirements

- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred specifically in electronics, but not required.
- Strong understanding of analog devices and their production processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production schedules.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Technical Training in Electronics or Related Field preferred.
