What will you be doing?

• This person will train to lead a team of associates and operate and maintain production equipment in a manner that reduces down time and waste
• Will be responsible for all aspects of machine operation and changeover activities

What do you bring?

• 2+ years as a lead in a manufacturing environment
• Basic mechanical experience
• Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude
• Mechanical ability to operate and adjust equipment
• 1 year of college, technical school or equivalent experience
