Are you a journeyman lineman looking for a change of pace and a challenge?

Southeast Lineman Training Center is looking for trainers to provide classroom and field instruction for various subjects in the power delivery industry. This position offers you the opportunity to train students who are preparing to enter the line work field.

Southeast Lineman Training Center is the premier training school for apprentice linework training; consistently producing an elite group of highly training and certified graduates. Our mission is to provide training in a realistic and challenging environment, where individuals can establish the foundation necessary to succeed as lineworkers in the electrical utility and communications industries.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Journeyman lineman, or documented equivalent experience, with at least 4 years of experience working as a journeyman lineman in the electrical industry
• Working knowledge of applicable regulations applying to electrical line work such as OSHA, NESC, LOTO, etc.
• Ability to climb wood and steel structures
• Ability to effectively train others in a classroom and field environment
• Excellent communicator who is proficient with computers
• Class A CDL or ability to obtain

Full-time, year round
