Linux Systems Engineer - Hybrid - Center for Internet Security : Job Details

Apply security patches and updates to Linux systems in a timely manner to address vulnerability remediation. Diagnose and resolve issues related to Linux systems and applications. Design and configure new Linux based solutions, including servers and workstations, applying security benchmarks, and installing necessary software packages. Complete support tickets from end users, and project tasks within the organization. Collaborate with staff across the organization to ensure smooth integration and operation of systems. Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. After-business hours work as needed.
