Liquid Plant Operator - New Vision Cooperative : Job Details

This position will operate the Heron Lake Liquid Fertilizer plant. Loading Liquid Fertilizer onto tendering equipment utilizing plant automation for the application of nutrients and crop protection to customers fields in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner while interacting with our customers in a professional manner. The position includes utilizing automation and dispatch software to load fertilizer accurately and efficiently. Will also maintain and repair plant equipment according to maintenance schedules, policies and procedures. Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership in the work and the equipment used is essential. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
