Matura Farrington is seeking two Junior to Mid-Level Litigation Associates for our client, a boutique plaintiff-side employment law firm based in Los Angeles. With steady growth in business over the last five years, the firm is now looking to ensure their team remains well-rounded and well-supported.

- The ideal candidate will have 1 or more years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience; however, the firm will also consider candidates outside of employment law with strong civil litigation experience (a great entry-point for those interested in breaking into employment law.)
- Opportunity to work on broad-facing employment practice handling matters including PAGA, Wage and Hour, Discrimination, Harassment, FEHA, and Retaliation for both class action and single-plaintiff disputes.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Current good standing with the California State bar
- 1-8 years of civil litigation experience
- California residency
Salary: $115k - $185k
