PRACTICE AREAS: Commercial Litigation JOB TYPE: Law Firm Description: Fox Rothschild has an opening in multiple offices for a Litigation Associate with 3 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the state where the office residents. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Strong research, writing skills, and academic record. Experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation, including contract and business disputes, and white-collar defense. Clerkship or trial experience preferred.
