Litigation Associate - Gerson & Schwartz Accident & Injury Lawyers : Job Details

Well-known Plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeks an experienced litigation associate for immediate hire. Candidates must be in good standing with the Florida bar and have a minimum of 3-7 years of experience. Prior personal injury experience is required. Applicants with prior federal clerkship experience, graduates from top-tier law firms, and law review are encouraged to apply. Federal maritime background is a plus.

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a strong desire to succeed. Applicants should have experience litigating in state and federal court, taking depositions, and excellent legal research and writing skills.
