Litigation Associate - Messner Reeves LLP : Job Details

Messner Reeves LLP, an established full-service, litigation and business law firm, with 10 offices nationwide, seeks an experienced Attorney in California.

We are looking for an addition to our team who has a great work ethic, and positive attitude. If you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can handle multiple competing priorities, this position is for you.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Three to six years' of litigation experience.
• Experience handling all phases of General Liability, Construction Law, Product Liability and Professional Liability.
• Extensive experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, depositions of parties and experts.
• Process-oriented mindset, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt, multitask and work independently.
• Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized and impeccable communication skills.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Licensed to Practice Law in California State.
• Live in California.
