Litigation Associate - Einbinder & Dunn LLP : Job Details

We are a New York City based firm with a nationally-recognized franchise and business law practice. We are seeking:

1) A commercial litigation associate with at least three years of relevant experience to join our team. Must be admitted in New York.

The ideal candidate will have experience with complex and varied research assignments, drafting substantive motions, working on and/or managing discovery projects with outsourced and in-house resources, and preparing for depositions and trials. Salary will be $140,000 - $165,000, commensurate with relevant experience.

2) A commercial litigation associate with clerkship experience - no commercial litigation experience necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience with complex and varied research assignments, drafting substantive memorandums of law, and an interest in joining a commercial litigation practice group. Salary will be $115,000-$130,000, commensurate with relevant experience.
