Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth legal research and craft strategic arguments in high-stakes cases.

Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.

Advise and help clients to build legal strategy.

Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings, with opportunities to second-seat trials.

Drive settlement negotiations and effectively manage multiple cases, ensuring top-notch client service.

Civil and criminal litigation work.

Lead and participate in various cross-border projects with South Korean attorneys.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor or equivalent

New York Bar licensure and residency in New York City.

Suitable for law firms or individual attorneys.

Open to both experienced and entry-level attorneys.

Ability to work effectively in a global environment.

Carrying out civil and criminal litigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retraining at listed companies or large law firms

understanding and experience of litigation procedures

Proven ability to support law firm growth and drive innovation in the U.S. market.

Experience in managing cross-border projects.

Excellent legal analysis and logical thinking skills

Korean proficiency is preferred, but not required.

Experience in litigation in civil and criminal fields.

Salary information:

Junior Associate: Starting from $100,000 ~

Mid-Level Attorney (3+ years): Starting from $150,000 ~

Mid-Level Attorney (5+ years): Starting from $200,000 ~

high-Level Attorney (10 years ~): Starting from $250,000 ~

(adjustments based on skills, experience, and performance.)
