I have tried all of the normal straight laced, boring ads for an attorney that look the same as everyone else's. I see no point in listing all the skills you need because frankly, if you don't know what skills are needed to be a good attorney then we don't really want you. We are a small, very busy law firm located in the City of Snohomish looking for a qualified, energetic and competent litigation and real estate attorney to join our team. I am 71 years old and would like to cut back on my current 7 days a week. This is a great opportunity for an attorney that is willing to put in the hours providing quality and timely work to take over a lucrative 40 year practice. We built this firm on client service and quality work. You must be detail oriented, have pride in your work product and prioritize client service. If you want to call 2 hours a day full time then you are not the right candidate. It is a pretty simple formula, show up, do good work make the client happy and make a great living.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years recent Washington State experience in litigation and real estate matters. You will be handling real estate contract disputes, construction disputes, contract and boundary line issues. Business law and tax would be a valuable plus. You will pursue resolution through negotiation for a variety of conflicts and take it all the way to trial if negotiations fail. We have staff and experienced attorneys on hand to assist you in areas of the law that may be new to you.
