The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations related to litigation cases, including drafting motions and conducting legal research, participating in depositions, and appearing in court. The Litigation Associate will also be responsible for communicating with clients and working with other attorneys and staff members to manage cases. Associates will gain invaluable hands-on experience in trail preparation, mediation and advocacy.
