Litigation Counsel Agnew & Morrison New York, NY Full-time Legal Services Posted on December 08, 2024 Agnew & Morrison seeks a high-energy federal litigator to join our plaintiffs' side constitutional and civil rights practice. Litigation counsel will be responsible for all aspects of litigation - including case development, pleadings, discovery, client interaction, and trial work. We currently litigate or co-counsel in impact litigation in four districts in the Second Circuit as well as several states without, so some travel is necessary. Excellent research and writing skills are essential. Trial and deposition experience is preferred, though we are open to the right candidate who demonstrates aptitude and ability to quickly learn. Ability to work on diverse teams is essential as our practice heavily relies on our relationships with non-profits and co-counsel.
