We are now looking to hire a dynamic Managing Attorney/Litigation Lead to oversee legal operations and contribute to our continued success.

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Managing Attorney/Litigation Lead to join our remote team, oversee case management, and play a pivotal role in expanding our firm's capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in personal injury law, and the ability to leverage technology to optimize workflows and drive efficiency. • Oversee and manage the legal team, including case managers and assistants, ensuring cases are efficiently handled from intake through resolution in a fully remote environment.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to maximize case value and success while utilizing cutting-edge legal technology tools to streamline case management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, providing legal guidance and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Review and approve case work, filings, and settlement decisions to ensure quality and compliance.
• Mentor and lead the legal team, including providing training and ongoing development in a remote setting.
• Lead litigation efforts, including trial preparation and court appearances, if the firm expands into litigation.
• Collaborate closely with the office manager to optimize internal processes and workflows using innovative legal technology solutions.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in Florida (additional states are a plus).
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal injury law, with significant experience managing pre-litigation cases. Litigation experience is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience within a legal team or law firm environment.
• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to handle high-value cases and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Tech-savvy with an ability to integrate and utilize legal technology tools to optimize workflow.
