Job Description Litigation Manager Needed! We are working with a well known high volume injury firm in Chicago. They are seeking an experienced litigator who wants to move into a managament position to join their legal team. The ideal candidate should have extensive litigation experience, has worked with injury law and has a proven ability to manage people, cases and grow a business. Responsibilities:
Manage intake team and new client files and maintain an organized filing system. Create/maintain system for handeling the intake of cases and successfully implement the system Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries. Work with other team managers to create synergy and an effective work flow Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills. Enjoy problem-solving and demonstrate efficiency in multitasking. Maintain a positive attitude and actively participate in a team-oriented environment. Adapt to new responsibilities and wear multiple hats as required. Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of litigation and legal experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a team-based environment. Dependability and a strong sense of responsibility.
