Knowledge of food processing. The use of knives, scissors, and saws. Must be able to stand on concrete floor for 8 hours or more, be able to stack tubs, lift boxes weighing 40 to 70 lbs. Be able to sort and styling meat on a belt. Ability to work in cold environment of 40 to 45 degrees. Will perform various duties during the process of poultry to include evisceration. Will work - 9:48 pm until 6:15 am. Sunday thru Thursday night.!!!! Please wear facial covering when you are schedule to go to the interview per request of the employer !!!
