Caregiver Job Duties Include:
+ Provide non-medical, in-home care and assistance to seniors and disabled adults
+ Hygiene assistance; including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
+ Perform meal preparation/diet monitoring, including shopping for groceries
+ Assist with medication reminders
+ Light housekeeping and laundry
+ Mobility/transfer assistance
+ Provide client with transportation to errands, appointments, and shopping
Caregiver Candidate Requirements:
+ A dedication and passion for serving seniors, with a strong sense of responsibility
+ 1+ years of hands-on experience preferred, either in a private home or facility
+ High school / GED
+ Must pass state/nationwide background check, fingerprinting.
+ Must have valid Driver's License, currently lease/own your own vehicle, and provide proof of current auto insurance
+ Ability to transfer patients and provide mobility assistance, including turning immobile patients who are bed-ridden
+ Perform all personal care and hygiene assistance functions as described above
+ Cheerful personality, a positive attitude, and a commitment to focusing on the needs of the client
+ Alzheimer's/Dementia experience preferred
