Come and join the Global Video team who is responsible for the Apple TV app including Apple TV+, transactional movies and TV, native channels and federated video apps. Our team is responsible for Apple's video business, driving overall revenue as well as subscriber growth for Apple TV+, curating and managing the app experience, programming and editorializing while striving to acquire engage and retain subscribers for Apple TV+ and our partners. We are looking for an industry expert with a proven track record in leading growth for a major SVOD service, driving subscriber growth, managing churn, developing and prioritizing initiatives, with a focus on the living room experience. You will need to be adept at building deep collaborative relationships cross-functionally in the organization, as you and your team will collaboratively create action plans with partner facing teams to hit those goals.
**Description**
You will lead the business team that is responsible for increasing viewership of TV+ on living room devices, which includes connected devices, smart TVs and MVPDs. That will include: - Set subscriber KPIs, including growth and viewership targets, for TV+ living room business and partners on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. - Create and manage specific partner plans with varied collaborators (Business Development, Partner Marketing, Product, Programming) and drive cross-functional delivery on those plans - Analyze and articulate performance of partnerships, including sign-ups, viewership, and churn. Lead weekly-cross functional meetings to review metrics and course-correct in real time. - Ensure rolling partner roadmap is in place with partner management and partner marketing teams. Work closely with these teams and their partners as needed as internal expert. - Lead living room business team and set internal processes to support the growth of the business.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 15+ years in media entertainment industry experience, the majority working on a SVOD service and driving growth with distribution partners.
+ Proven experience delivering commercial results through developing clear growth strategies.
+ A deep industry knowledge of media entertainment key distribution players (OTT, MVPD, Connected home, etc.) and industry trends.
+ A commercial, data-driven and analytical approach to develop, size and prioritize business cases of new initiatives for business growth.
+ A strong people manager who deeply cares about building teams.
+ Project management experience
+ BA/BS degree required

+ Have a keen analytical mind to dig into the data to analyze our customer behaviors that can result in actionable strategies to engage TV+ customers across any living room device and increase their viewership.
+ The right mix of collaboration, influence, flexibility and relationship building skills to be effective in a large cross-functional organization.

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $185,800 and $334,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
