We are seeking an Integrated Case Management Clinical Manager Responsible for directing and overseeing the delivery of clinical services provided in the Integrated Case Management team. Directly supervises Outpatient Therapists, Case Managers, Peer Support Specialist/Recovery Coach and other assigned professional clinical personnel, overseeing the delivery of services and monitoring of outcomes for Integrated Case Management services. In charge of Integrated Case Management functions in the absence of the Outpatient Clinical Director. This position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some evening or weekend phone coverage may occur, but this is limited and infrequent. This assignment is in person at 790 Fuller Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Full Licensure in the State of Michigan as a Masters Social Worker Five years' progressive experience in human services Knowledge of crisis intervention and treatment methodology Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for job related use Computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office programs PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Three years of clinical supervisory experience preferred Training in and experience with providing Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy preferred MCBAP certification as a CAADC preferred Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
