  • Forklift experience required
  • Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities
  • Physically able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to fifty (50) pounds
  • Able to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as needed
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, or relevant experience with a stable work history.
  • Valid CDL -- B where applicable

Responsibilities Reporting to the District Operations Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring that all Loading Activities are completed in a timely/accurate and safe manner at his/her assigned facility. This is a non-exempt, non-managerial role.
  • Operate forklift to load/unload route trucks and inter-branch trailers
  • Act as the eyes and ears of the DOM and report back to management on all issues and obstacles pertaining to the Loading team
  • Ensure high quality standards with regards to loading trucks, protecting company assets, and warehouse/yard maintenance.
  • Point of contact to support the efficient operation of all phases of loading and check-in
  • Work closely with Route Operations to ensure all product and equipment needs are met on time
  • Demonstrate complete understanding of the loading area to maximize efficiencies and output
  • Input loads in and out of CFLI
  • Verify load sheets and ensure trucks receive correct equipment and product loads
  • Lead by example
