Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) Thisis a safety sensitive position

* Operate Front End Loader and any other equipment used in handling of clay material

* Perform general utility work

* Perform maintenance on equipment

Skills and Experience Required for Success

* Previous experience in a non-climate controlled production environment

* Ability to stand and walking up to 2 miles

* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds of force in sweeping and shoveling

* Ability to wear PPE (personal protection equipment) - required and provided

Education

* High school diploma or equivalent; OR one to three months related experience AND/OR training; OR
