Job DetailsJob Location Plant Foods Palmyra 3402 - Palmyra, MO Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Job Category Skilled Labor - Trades PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: In this full-time union position, the employee will be expected to assist with all day to day operations at the facility. The employee is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the loader. The employee will also be asked to help with general labor duties throughout the facility including: equipment maintenance, inventory and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies. OUR EXPECTATIONS ARE THAT YOU:

• Are available to work full time hours
• Are available to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
• Are able to pass a drug test
• Are able to do heavy lifting, loading and bending (50-100 pounds)
• Are able to work in elevated spaced (not afraid of heights)
• Are able to work near and around water
• Join the labor union within 60 days of employment
• Be willing to learn and abide by all safety rules

HIGHLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BRING:

• A high school diploma (or GED)
• Knowledge of production agriculture
• Knowledge of agronomy
• Mechanical ability (helpful)
