LOADER OPERATOR - KNIFE RIVER : Job Details

Job Summary:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:* Load Ready Mix plant with aggregates to facilitate daily Ready-Mix demands* Ability to manage plant and ground maintenance* Oversee ecology block operations* Manage placement and disposal of carry-back concrete* Assist the plant supervisor with environmental challenges* Manage and order inbound aggregates on a demand/project basis* Operate a ready-mix concrete truck and facilitate deliveries on slow production days* Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed* Other duties assigned as neededMinimum Qualifications:* Possess and maintain a valid commercial driver's license, medical card and clean driving record* Class B minimum requirement, Class A preferred* Prior Ready Mix delivery experience and load operator skills required* Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime* Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customersBenefits:Full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits:* Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance* Health Savings & Flexible Spending Accounts* 401K with Company Match* Profit Sharing* 8 Paid Holidays* Paid Time Off* Life Insurance* Employee Assistance Program* Safety Incentives* Years of Service RecognitionHow to Apply:To be considered for this position, candidates must complete and submit an employment application at jobs.kniferiver.com by the posting deadline noted above.
