Loader Operator (Quarry & Asphalt) - Colas : Job Details

The Loader Operator operates a straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to left and transport aggregates. Safety - Participating actively in company safety programs, including safety huddles, one-on-one safety conversations, and reporting of close calls - Fostering the safety culture by making good/safe decisions - Participating in safety incident investigation and following through on any corrective actions - Following all safety policies and procedures, including LOTOTO, Motor Vehicle Policy, Drug & Alcohol Policy, etc. - Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all tasks assigned - Operates plant and performs maintenance in a safe and efficient manner, complying with all applicable policies Quality Ensuring aggregate loaded into the haul truck are the correct size for the crushing plant or cold feed bin prior to dumping Identifying contamination in aggregate prior to dumping in cold...Loader Operator, Operator, Loader, Monitoring, Manufacturing, Construction
