Loader Unloader - Hire Dynamics : Job Details

Hire Dynamics is currently hiring Loader Unloaders to take on day shift and evening shift job opportunities in North Charleston. These are career opportunities that are part of a cross dock operation supporting a large retail distribution center. The work is fast-paced, and product of all shapes and sizes is unloaded from containers, palletized, and reloaded into trailers.

Pay: $18.00 for day shift, $19.00 for evening shift (Unlimited referral bonuses!)

Day Shift: 6:30am – 4:00pm (must be flexible to work later hours and/or on weekends)

Evening Shift: 5:00pm – 1:30am (must be flexible to work later hours and/or on weekends)

Job Duties as a Loader Unloader for Hire Dynamics:

• Unload, repack, and load containers with warehouse goods and products.
• Unloading containers by hand, repalletizing products, and loading into trailers.
• Ensure product is sorted, wrapped, weighed, loaded and recycled based on customer specifications.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation

Job Requirements for Loader Unloaders:

• Lifting requirement is 50 pounds
• Will be working in a warehouse environment that is hot and humid during the summer and cold during the winter
• Stand for 8 to 10 hours per day
• May stay late or work on weekends as daily container goals shift
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet production demand
• Safety shoes and vest required
