Highly motivated, dedicated, self-starter, who has a passion for inventory accuracy and or efficiently loading product for shipment. 1st Loading/Shipping Associate - Full-time - 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Starting Pay - $20.00/hour - $23.20/hour (Progression Pay Based on Performance) Job Summary - This position will load and ship Framing Pack shipments to builders. It will also be responsible for accurately shipping and securing loads. What You Bring:

• Must be 18 years old
• Ability to operate over-head crane
• Ability to diagnose and correct errors in a timely manner
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility and dependability
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience a plus
