Location : Napa, CA/ Sonoma, CA

Duration : Full time

The immediate need is for highly experienced Mortgage Loan Officers in Napa, Sonoma, and Marin counties. As home prices are very high in those areas most experienced producers generate at least $10 million in prior trailing 12 months production. Client is seeking as many experienced Loan Officer as we can get for Napa, Sonoma, and Marin Counties. For individuals at a production level of at least $10 million, Client will provide a transitional draw, (TBD) plus full marketing support, and office, in house underwriters and processors with quick turnaround time on the loans and a very competitive commission structure on all loans closed of at least 2% of the amount financed. For any Loan Officer who has generated at least $20 million in prior 12 months loan production they can offer an immediate sign-on bonus of at least $30k.

1.Duties:

Loan Officers

• -Identify prospective borrowers who are seeking mortgage financing

• Conduct interviews of borrowers to gain a clear understanding of their mortgage needs and budget.

• Using LOS complete the loan application with the borrowers and ensure that all information is complete.

• Gather all required documents; tax returns, W2's. Verify income sources

• Conduct a preliminary calculation of mortgage loan options for which the customer is qualified.

• Submit the completed loan packages to the loan processors.

• Maintain ongoing communications with the borrowers, loan processors, and underwriters to provide any additional information that is requested

These production numbers may seem huge however, home prices in the above-mentioned county locations are muti-million properties so a $10M book of business would be only 5 or 6 sales transactions in a year.
