• Handle the loan process from application to closing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and other referral sources.
• Guide clients through the mortgage loan process, providing information and answering questions.
• Evaluate clients' financial status and determine appropriate loan products.
• Prepare and submit loan applications and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
