Our Loan Processing Assistant Manager assists the Loan Processing Manager in support of the loan processing and documentation functions; implements strategies to achieve goals developed for the department as part of the bank's annual operating plan; ensures the department's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; communicates with appropriate management and staff; and provides periodic reports.

Requirements:Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent; specialized training and education with respect to documentation and processing for various loan types and training preferred.
Skill(s): Demonstrates strong communication skills; proficient interpersonal relations skills; proficient analytical skills; demonstrated organizational skills; proficient PC skills including knowledge of loan related software; thorough knowledge of loan processing procedures; demonstrated supervisory skills.
Experience: A minimum of four (4) years' related experience normally required.
