JOB SUMMARY : The Loan Servicing Coordinator is primarily responsible for processing back-room Loan Operations administration including but not limited to Credit Document Exception Tracking; Collateral Document Exception Monitoring; Lien Recordation; Paid Loans/Collateral Releases; Tax & Insurance (e.g., hazard, flood, taxes, etc.,) Escrow Monitoring; Credit & Loan Documentation Archiving (Retention); and Document Imaging. Additional responsibilities include all aspects of Loan Operations relating to LOS Pipeline tracking and reporting; Loan Operations required Board Reports; and Data Integrity as it relates to data as stated in credit approvals, supporting loan documentation, loan policy and procedures, regulatory requirements in comparison to data that is input into the Core Loan System (SilverLake). These responsibilities among other assigned tasks maybe performed under management or designated appointed supervision. RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Monitors, tracks and process (i) financial covenants such as debt-to-income ratios, liquidity ratios, or other restrictive covenants as noted in the loan documents; (ii) credit documentation pertaining to financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, rent rolls or other financial requirements as noted in the loan documents; (iii) policy exceptions regarding data (not document content) that failed to meet the bank's loan policy; and (iv) collateral documentation related to expiry dates, missing required documents or documents with missing data or information to ensure the bank's loan portfolio is in compliance with credit approval, loan documents, regulatory requirements prior to clearing or updating cited exceptions. 2. Process internal/external customer research transaction requests for all loan servicing transaction types, with the ability to communicate with the Lenders, Loan Operations Management and all other related applicable parties to the requests to assure that transactions are processed and completed, timely, consistently and pursuant to the terms of credit approval and/or loan documents (e.g., departmental reporting, ucc continuations, post searches, amendments, terminations, afts, achs, collateral releases, imaging, etc.,). 3. Process taxes and insurance monitoring and/or tracking, including the ability to review and research incoming supporting documentation to determine if the incoming documentation supports clearing the cited exception whether credit or collateral 4. Responds to all parties associated with loan servicing related issues within established SLAs and works closely with internal and external sources to insure timely processing of customer related requests. 5.
