Local CDL Driver - Waste Connections : Job Details

Waste Connections has an immediate opening for a safety conscious Class B CDL Driver to join the team at our location in Hobart, Oklahoma. Pay: $21 per hour. Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM start time. Working approximately 50 hours a week. May work some Saturdays as well. Essential Functions: - Performs complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections including, but not limited to, checking tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges and controls. - Courteously interacts with customers, dispatchers, and supervisors. - Completes required route/productivity sheets, Vehicle Condition Reports (VC - Rs) and other forms. - Performs driver check-in procedures upon returning to the facility at the end of the day Follows all safety policies and procedures as well as attend weekly safety meetings. - Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
