TransForce is hiring full-time Local CDL A Drivers in Lacey, WA. Earn $32/hour with the potential to make $1,180 - $1,280 weekly. This temp-to-hire position offers consistent local routes, steady pay, and excellent benefits.

1 year of CDL A experience required. 12 hour shifts.

Position Highlights:

• Pay: $32 per hour (weekly pay: $1,180 - $1,280)
• Work Type: Temp-to-hire, local routes
• Schedule:
• Shifts: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• 24-hour operation, with 2 days off during the week
• Weekend work required
• Equipment: 53' Reefer trailers

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport groceries to local grocery stores
• Touch freight using electric pallet jacks for palletized freight as needed
• Operate Class A tractor-trailers for local routes with occasional overnight layovers (no more than one day)
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance

Requirements:

• CDL License: Valid Class A CDL
• Experience: At least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience required
• Availability: Must be available for weekend shifts, as this is a 24-hour operation
• Safety Requirements: Clean MVR and stable work history
