A & A Services is seeking a local contract Certified Surgical Technologist for a local contract job in Rochester, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Certified Surgical Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 11/11/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract JOB TYPE: Certified Surgical Technologist – 12 hour days Must be Certified - NBSTSA Required (at the time of submission). AHA BLS. Must have 2 years of OR experience in an acute care facility. Looking for someone with Vascular experience in both hybrid and open surge cases. One working weekend shift/any shift/month. Will accept locals. Specialty Equipment: Infusion pumps, ultrasound machines, Laparoscopic Olympus Equipment, da Vinci Robot, Rosa Robot, Monarch Robot (Monarch specialized and not expected), SCD's, Bair Hugger, Microscopes, Neptune, smoke evacuators. Expectation is they will assist the RN in overturning OR room (Clean, prep and mop), if needed. CONTRACT DURATION: 11/11/2024-02/08/2025 GUARANTEED HOURS: 36 hours per week REQUIREMENTS: • Must not have worked in any permanent or travel position with the client facility in the past year. • Full documentation for onboarding and compliance must be submitted promptly.
