Job Description & RequirementsREMOTE!Shift: 8hrsSpecific Duties: 1. Travel to contracted clinics to complete Focus on Care Testing.Phlebotomy experience is required. 2Complete preventative screenings based upon patient needs3. Complete thorough charting and documentation within EMR systemMust have qualifications/experience:1. LPN License2. BLS3. Microsoft Excel4. Reliable Transportation5. Valid Driver s License6. Auto InsuranceShift Start/End Time: 7:30am-5pmDress Code: Clinical Day Grey Scrubs/ Admin Days-Business CasualWhat does the candidate need to be able to do to be successful in this role? Successful candidates are team players, flexible and self-motivated, detailed orientated, reliable transportation Please list the type of certification required: All candidates must be a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse and be BLS (Basic Life Support) certified Days of the week they'll work: Days of operation are M-F w/ rotating Saturday every six weeks.Is this work in patient's home?
