Medical Management Specialist | Contract to Hire***PLEASE NOTE*** This will be a case management system for a health insurance company supporting Medicaid and Medicare patientsLocation: Albuquerque, NMJOB REQUIREMENTS • 3+ years recent RN experience in a clinical setting or one of the following:o Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 2 years of clinical practiceo Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with 2 years of clinical practice• NM RN License• 3+ years wellness or managed care experience• Knowledge of the health and wellness marketplace and employer trends• Analytical experience including medical data analysis• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, database experience and Web based applicationsPREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS• 3+ years clinical practice• Patient education experience• Condition Management experience• Bilingual in English and Spanish• Transition of Care experience• Experience in managing complex or catastrophic cases• Certification in Case Management, Training, Project Management or nationally recognized health care certification
