Position Name: Float Pool (Med-Surg) RN Sign on Bonus:

• $20k for Nights ONLY
• $10k For Days ONLY

Shift Details: Days (Rotating Weekends): 7a-7p Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7p-7a What will you will do in this role: · Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality · Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis · Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement Job Requirements: · 2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute Med-Surg experience required · Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required · Current BLS required · Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire · BSN is preferred TB_HC
