Ultrasound Technologist (Contract) – Mount Sinai Faculty Practice OB/GYNLocation: 425 W 59th St, New York, NY 10019Duration: 03/31/2025 – 05/31/2025 (60-day contract)Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMInterview: In-person interview required – no exceptionsJob Responsibilities:Perform ultrasound exams, including OB/GYN scans across all trimestersOperate and maintain ultrasound equipmentCapture and transfer images to PACS for physician reviewAssist in training and mentoring new ultrasound personnelHandle patient scheduling and calls as neededRequirements:Education: Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Medical Technology or High School Diploma/GED + Accredited Ultrasound/Sonography Training ProgramCertifications: ARDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) – Required, BLS (AHA) – RequiredExperience: Two or more years as an Ultrasound Technologist, OB/GYN experience required (vascular ultrasound techs not a fit), Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PACS systems
