Skillset: OR Surgical Technicians Openings: 11 Company: Atlantic Health System- Morristown Medical Center- Morristown, NJ Shifts:• 7 openings 7A-8p shift • 2 openings- part time (22.5 hours/week= 7A-8P shift per week) • 1 opening- 11A-7P shift • 1 opening- 11A-9P Shift ON-CALL shifts every 2 months (example- 1 month is 2 shifts, the next month is 3 shifts). They are only 8 hour shifts. Duration: 12 week contract-to-hire Pay Rate : Based on experience YEARS EXP PAY RATE 0/2 $35 3/4 $36-$37 5/6 $38-$39 7/8 $40-$41 8/9 $41-$42 10+ $43-$44 Must haves: • 1+ years of experience working as a Surgical Technologist in an inpatient environment. • Certified Surgical Technologist certification- will require to provide cert # • Specialty- Neuro, Spine, Cardiac, Ortho, Dental, Eye, Joints, Plastic, Robotics (prefers multi-specialty) • Covid + Flu Vaccinated • Coming from high-volume tertiary background- example- Hackensack Meridian, Valley Hospital, RWJ Barnabus, etc. Plusses: • MULTI- SPECIALTY EXPEREINCE Job Description: Insight Global is looking for skilled Surgical Techs to sit our large healthcare client in NJ. This person will need to have excellent communication skills and a professional manner, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality of patient care, you will provide support to our surgical services team. Your duties will include: assisting physicians and nurses in surgery using best practices of sterile technique, assembling, maintaining and tracking surgical instruments and equipment; and inspecting all packaged items to ensure integrity. They will lead from Physicians and RN closely, adhering to established hospital policies related to the Operating Room.
