Title: OR Scrub Tech Surgical ServicesLocation: West Palm Beach, FLSchedule: Full-time • Days (Rotating Weekends)What you will do in this role:Assembles supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedures.Prepares sterile instrument table.Maintains aseptic techniques and actively monitors situations which could lead to breaches in aseptic technique.Positions patient according to type of surgery.Assists the surgical team in surgical procedures which may include passing instruments, sponges and sutures.Maintains work area.Gathers equipment for cleaning and sterilization.Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.Job Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.1 - 3 years of recent acute care experience preferred.Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider (BLS certification).Call requiredAdditional Information:Fingerprinting requiredMUST LIVE 30 MINUTES FROM THE FACILITYMUST HAVE COMPLETED AN OR TECH PROGRAM FROM AN ACCREDITED SCHOOL#TB_HC
